We’re thrilled that our private halotherapy experience for underutilized treatment rooms is recognized on ISPA’s 2021 Innovate Awards ballot in the category of business practice! For this year’s awards, applicants were asked to submit business practices that demonstrate creative changes to their business protocols or offerings as a result of the pandemic for this respective category. We are proud of the development of our private halotherapy room as a way for spas and wellness centers to adjust their offerings and expand revenue while mitigating COVID risk and safely welcoming guests.
Himalayan Source: Renovation of underutilized treatment room into a private halotherapy room — Developed in response to the pandemic, Himalayan Source’s private halotherapy experience minimizes contact and delivers multiple modalities — halotherapy, infrared heat therapy with gemstones and more. The experience turns underutilized treatment rooms into salt therapy rooms to maximize wellness and revenue. Intentionally designed for use by one person at a time, the experience combines far infrared heat therapy with the benefits of Himalayan salt to create a luxury healing experience with a particular focus on supporting respiratory health with minimal human contact.
Are you an ISPA member? Please vote for Himalayan Source in the business practices category before Tuesday, March 9 at 5 p.m. EDT. You can vote for up to two entries in each category (check out the nomination for our sister company Saltability in the same category!). Members received an email invitation from ISPA with a custom ballot link to submit an Innovate Award ballot. If you did not receive a ballot, email firstname.lastname@example.org to request one.
